Success is an E-mail Away!

by Steven Carney on June 2, 2012

Whether your life is going well or is less than you desire, there are ways to improve your life success without spending much money or time! For example:

  • Would you like more money? A new or better job? How is your career going?
  • How are things with your co-workers? Maybe your family and other relationships could be better?
  • Then there are areas like work/life balance, time management and taking care of you!
  • How about weight and health issues? Are you taking prescription drugs but would like to explore more natural approaches with less side effects?
  • How about your weight? If you’d like to trim a few pounds, how about losing 5 pounds in 10 days without dieting?

If you’re feeling sluggish and your energy is low, you’re sleeping badly, you have more allergies, colds or flu than you would like, I can help you!

If you have some worrisome health issues (blood sugar, blood pressure, cholesterol, etc.), I can offer the newest, non-drug solutions and approaches to bring positive changes for your health, life, and wellness!

I’m affordable and I will help you make the small steps that can bring big rewards. I’m here to help you take back control of your health and life!

Some recent client comments:

“It’s been a wonderful experience!”

“I highly recommend him for either life or health coaching.”

There are many areas that you can improve with a small investment of money and time! Consider a mini-package of 2 personal coaching sessions for $29.00 (1 call per week for 2 weeks), the price of dining out once! It’s a perfect time to trim down for the summer! And having a personal coach is a sign of success and prestige! And you’ll benefit for your whole life.

I also guarantee improvement and results! Drop me an e-mail (see social icons at right) and let me know how I can inspire you to improve your life!

I’m looking into starting my own blog and was curious what all is needed to get set up? I’m assuming having a blog like yours would cost a pretty penny? I’m not very internet savvy so I’m not 100% sure. Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Actually, blogs are free as are for the basic software. For the .org version, you do need your own hosting (often under $10/mo.). sites are totally free and a good place to start. you pick a theme and start building the site!

I hope that helps!
